TERMS OF SERVICE

Thank you for looking into my services! Here’s the details of my TOS! When you contact me for the commission, I will assume that you have read and agreed to my TOS.

I prefer to post commissions publicly! If you’d like a private commission, an additional 25-50% of the total price will be added.
By commissioning NSFW artwork from me, you are agreeing that you are 18YO or older; you are agreeing that you are of LEGAL age to be purchasing NSFW work
All drawings will include subtle signs (watermarking/signatures) that you cannot remove. Removing the watermark or posting unsigned work is a violation of this commission contract

WHAT I WILL/WONT DRAW

I WILL draw:

Furry, Monsters, and OCS
NSFW artwork; explicit or tame
Light armor, light mech suits, etc.
Exaggerated proportions (NOT HYPER)
Blood/Gore

I WONT draw:

unsanitary or dirty/extreme fetishes
(this includes but is NOT limited to ANY bathroom kinks, infantilism, smegma/unwashed, olfactophilia or otherwise “stink” related kinks)
Real people (actors that are NOT depicting characters)
Incest of any kind
Underaged characters depicted in a sexual manner (including canonically underage characters as well as Shota/Loli)
Zoophilia (Monsters/Furry is fine. I will not draw “feral” or real animal genitalia*)
Bara/Hyper Muscle (See my twitter for the muscle I will draw)
Hyper anything (ill draw things big, but I will not stretch proportion comically)
Nazi or Political themed characters

*Private commissions are available!! There are also things I will draw, but I don’t personally in my portfolio. This means work that doesn’t fall in line with the rest of my portfolio, or work you don’t want me to post, comes with an added fee if you want me to create it for you. The fee is up to an additional +25% of the cost of the commission. This fee covers my inability to post it with the rest of my social media

*Knotted monster genitalia is acceptable; feral monster characters that have human-like sentience are acceptable. I will not draw feral animals with true-to-life genitalia, and I will not draw feral animals with characters capable of higher thinking

How many characters
Background (if any. Please be detailed!)
If OC, describe the character (please include refs if you have them!) If not oc; let me know who the character is and link me to their information! **
Describe what you want drawn and if its NSFW or SFW! (Be as detailed as possible!)
Let me know if this is a private commission or not. Please mention if you want ant ALTs as well!

Communication via email, text, or various direct messengers- is required to ensure your satisfaction! I like to keep in touch with my clients and provide updates on the commission progress. I prefer to maintain contact on Discord or Twitter DM!

I AM NOT REQUIRED TO GIVE DAILY UPDATES ON COMMISSIONS! I do not have set available hours, but I reserve the right to wait to respond to commissioner questions. I do not have any obligation to reply on holidays, federal holidays, or weekends, nor do I have any obligation to message clients past work hours in my time zone (Central US Time). PLEASE notify me of any variance in time zone so I can accommodate both of our waking hours.

PRICES

Prices are listed and exampled on the "Commission" tab! These prices are subject to change, so please contact me for a quote! Payment can be made through PAYPAL, STRIPE, and VENMO!

A 50% non-refundable down payment is required upfront before the sketches are started. After approval of the sketch phase, the rest of the payment is required. The finished FLAT file will not be released until full payment is received.

REFUNDS & CANCELLATIONS

I reserve the right to stop progress on a Commission or cancel a Commission request due to poor communication, rude/inappropriate behavior, or a breach of the Terms of Service. You will be refunded the commission price MINUS the work already done.

Otherwise, refunds are not given for commission work. Wait times can be anywhere from 2 weeks to 6 months! I am generally very communicative with my clients and I strive for satisfaction. If you force a refund on me, especially without any prior contact, you will be blacklisted from my commission list and, if not settled privately, publicly called out for the safety of other illustrators.

The fee for cancellation is dependent upon how much progress has been made at the time of cancellation request. Below is an example:

Stage 1 - Progress Image 1 - Initial Outline - 50% of the payment is non-refundable
Stage 2 - Progress image 2 - Color Added - 75% of the payment is non-refundable
Stage 3 - Progress Image 3 - Finished Art - 100% of the payment is non-refundable

**The 50% deposit is not refundable unless no sketches were made at all**

CHANGE REQUESTS

During the sketch phases and each subsequent refinement stage, the commissioner can request one change (This covers any major change in the initial sketch phase and minor change as things become more refined) before an additional charge of $50.00 per additional major change and $15.00 per additional minor change change is added. Each stage is approved by the commissioner before the next stage is started for maximum approval of the commissioner. Nothing that isn’t approved will be moved onto another stage of the project.

What are major and minor changes? Here are some examples for you:

Major Changes include but are NOT limited to

Complete pose changes
Head and limb position changes

Minor Changes include but are NOT limited to

Color adjustment
Addition of missing markings
Small expression changes without changes to the head
Proportion tweaks (“can you make the ____ a little bigger/smaller?”)

REPRODUCTION RIGHTS

Commissioned work can NOT be used to make profit in any way, shape, or form. (Please let me know if your commission is for commercial use! *) You can NOT create edits, memes, emotes, merchandise, crops, traces, or bases from my art. This is not meant to be an exhaustive list and is subject to change. If you want the art SPECIFICALLY for one of the aforementioned, please let me know so i can adjust accordingly.

You may post the finished SIGNED commission on social media and websites with proper credit to the artist**

You can NOT use my work, personal or commission, for/as/in blockchain-related technology INCLUDING (BUT NOT LIMITED TO) NFTs, Cryptocurrency, or any future inventions in that space.

You can NOT use my work to train AI, you cannot feed anything I create to AI; AI is not permitted to reference my work. Period.

Any violation of these reproduction rights rules will result in you being blacklisted from my commission list. Any violation of my no-NFT and no-AI rule will result in a permanent commission ban and a public client beware.

*You must mention if my art will be used commercially during the commission process. Failure to mention this fact will result in the termination of the commission (if not already finished). When this part of my TOS is violated, you waive your right to a full refund. The pricing and TOS vary in these instances, so this is information I MUST know prior

**Proper credit to the artist strictly includes the proper tagging of my social media and name in the immediate description of a digital post. You are NOT permitted to crop out, erase, cover, or otherwise obstruct my signature. Misspelling, improper tagging, and no inclusion at all are violations of this contract.

***Commercial Art: If you want something SPECIFICALLY for one of the aforementioned things, the prices will jump. Signatures and credit mentions still apply here. I do NOT currently ask for royalties, but the base prices will be significantly different

IMPORTANT REMINDERS/SUMMARY

By commissioning me, you understand and agree that nothing physical will be mailed to you. Payment is required before completion of the work and the finished artwork will NOT be attached to the invoices. The finished artwork will be emailed to you!
You’re welcome to use my art as your icon or banner profile pictures if proper credit is given! (See above for proper credit)
You can NOT remove the watermark/signature from my artwork to post. Posting unmarked work or tampering with the signature is a violation of my TOS.
You can NOT create copies, prints, or merchandise to make a profit on my artwork. (Example: You CAN NOT post the commissions to Redbubble, Esty, or similar sites) If your commission is for a logo that you intend on using on the product, please let me know *before* the commission is started!
If you violate any of my TOS, any partial ownership of your commission is voided
